Rebate Information
Victorian Government and Federal Government rebates are available for installing solar hot water systems. Rebates vary in amount depending on the type of system you are replacing (gas boosted hot water, electric hot water, LPG hot water) but the total rebates offered on solar hot water usually come in between $2,500 – $3,000.
Sustainability Victoria manages the Solar Hot Water rebates at a state level and at the federal level it is managed by the Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts.
