We provide a high level of customer service and product knowledge and primarily attract customers seeking a premium level of experience when dealing with a trade based company.
About the Role:
We currently have an opportunity, located in the inner-north of Melbourne, for a part-time Administration Officer to support our installation and sales teams. The work will be varied and involves some regulatory compliance, post-sales customer information follow-up, data entry and general administration. The role would suit someone looking for flexible work hours, with some task being able to be completed at home and after hours.
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication and general administration skills;
- Experience with Xero accounting software;
- A keen eye for detail and a sense of pride in your work;
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite and good computer skills;
- A passion for delivering a high level of service;
- Reliable and presentable at all times.
